Quality & Documentation
Quality Documents for Earthworm-Derived Ingredient Buyers
Understand which documents matter before requesting samples, comparing quotations or starting import review for lumbrokinase, earthworm protein and earthworm peptide powders.
Core Documents Buyers Usually Request
As a factory supplier, we review the available quality documents before samples are supplied. Document availability depends on the product, batch, supplier capability and destination requirements.
Certificate of Analysis
Batch-based data for activity or composition, moisture, ash, heavy metals, microbiology and agreed test limits.
Specification Sheet
Product name, source, appearance, assay focus, storage, shelf life, packaging and standard quality limits.
Safety & Handling
Material handling, storage, transportation information and available statements such as origin, allergen or TSE/BSE when supported.

Document-first RFQ
Pre-check documents before wasting sample time.
Many overseas inquiries fail because the requested document package does not match the supplier’s actual factory documents. We help clarify the required checklist before quotation so both sides know whether the project is supplement-grade, nutraceutical raw material, distributor sampling or a higher-regulatory project.
For lumbrokinase powder, activity grade and assay method should be reviewed together with the batch COA. For earthworm protein and peptide powders, composition, solubility, moisture, microbiology and heavy metals are usually more important.
Document Focus by Product Type
| Product | Primary Quality Focus | Common Document Request | Important Boundary |
|---|---|---|---|
| Lumbrokinase Powder | Activity grade, assay method, moisture, microbiology and heavy metals. | COA, specification sheet, MSDS, sample COA and available origin information. | API-level requirements must be confirmed separately before sampling. |
| Earthworm Protein Powder | Protein content, ash, odor, moisture, microbiology and heavy metals. | COA, TDS, MSDS, packaging information and shelf-life details. | Positioning should match local food, supplement or raw material rules. |
| Earthworm Peptide Powder | Peptide content, protein content, solubility, moisture and batch consistency. | COA, specification, MSDS and formulation-relevant data if available. | Claims should stay within permitted supplement or nutraceutical language. |
| Pharmaceutical / API Inquiry | GMP, DMF, CEP, manufacturing license and local registration support. | Regulatory dossier checklist from buyer or local authority. | Not assumed available. Must be checked case by case. |
Compliance Boundary
We mainly work on supplement-grade and nutraceutical raw material projects. We do not sell these products as finished medicines, and we do not assume GMP, DMF or CEP files are available. Please send your country-specific document checklist before we discuss samples.
Quality Document FAQ
Can samples be supplied with COA?
We can arrange a documented sample when a suitable batch is available and your document checklist matches what the supplier can support.
What should I ask for before buying lumbrokinase powder?
Ask for activity grade, assay method, batch COA, specification sheet, MSDS, microbiology, heavy metals, moisture and storage condition.
Are GMP, DMF or CEP documents available?
They are not assumed available for supplement-grade raw material projects. If your project requires GMP, DMF or CEP, please send the exact checklist before sampling.
Can you support import licensing documents?
We can help collect available supplier documents, but local import licensing decisions are handled by the buyer, importer or local regulatory team.
